Andrew originally emigrated to the USA in 1912. He was granted US Citizenship on 7 January 1919 in Philadelphia at PA District Court. He later re-entered the United States on 15 August 1920 from the R.M.S. Caronia, which had sailed from Liverpool, with his wife Helen and 8 year old daughter Margaret. The Philadelphia Trade Directory of 1930 lists him as a co-director (his surname is spelt FALLON) with John J. KEARNEY of the (Ellen) KEARNEY Lumber Co. at 2569 Grays Ferry Avenue, Philadelphia.

Andrew FOLLON and Helen McIntyre CUSHLEY were married on 11 April 1910 in St. Andrew's R.C. Cathedral, Dundee, Angus, SCOTLAND.² Marriage - After Publication according to the Forms of the Roman Catholic Church. Helen McIntyre CUSHLEY^2,5,6,21 (daughter of Henry CUSHLEY and Margaret MCMAHON) was born on 16 May 1888 in 16 Ashton Place, Dundee, SCOTLAND.⁵ Helen was a Roman Catholic and worked as a Jute Winder.
